Festival School of Hairstyling has been meeting the educational needs of our students since 1986. Our modern salon area is fully equipped with all the tools you will need in today’s market. The salon environment is where your creative vision will be truly be developed.

The practical and theory classroom will prepare you for mastering new skills.

Register

Students are required to complete 1500 hours of training. The program is offered Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm, for a 10 month period. Upon completion of the course, students will receive a diploma. The provincial license will be issued when the student has successfully passed the government exam. You must have your grade 12 diploma or equivalent. For Goverment of Ontario Ministry of Colleges and Universities Performance Information please click here.

Classes begin the first Monday of each month. This allows you to start our training as soon as you like and ensures that class sizes remain small and personal. Our teaching staff is composed of four licensed hairstylists whose salon experience is diverse. The Festival School of Hairstyling ensures its instructors and teachers meet the requirements under the The Career Colleges Act, 2005.
